MTA construction worker who’s a dead ringer for Frank Sinatra — all the way down to his crinkled blue eyes.

“Forget all the noise, traffic and the impact of the 2nd Ave. subway,” a tacked-up sign reads in the background. “Enjoy the music. Hard hats and microphones.”

The MTA worker’s performance of Sinatra’s “Summer Wind” is so spot-on that it initially seems impossible that the man — who identifies himself as Gary Russo of Queens — isn’t lip-synching, but a Google search for him turns up this meetup.com profile where Russo says he’s looking to “be around a community of singers and have a great time.”

American football star was tragically stabbed to death in a fight with parking attendants just hours after he graduated from high school.

Isayah Muller, 19, died after an argument in the Bronx, New York, over an alleged theft of fragrances from his family’s car during the ceremony.

His father, Andre Muller, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and assault – but was not accused of stabbing his son.

Star running back Isayah, known as ‘Zayah’ to friends, led his team to the Public Schools Athletic League championship last year.

The family arrived at the car park on Tuesday morning and walked to a campus for the graduation of Harry S. Truman High School students.

They headed back to the car after the ceremony and just after they left to go for dinner Mr Muller noticed something was missing, police said.

Harry S. Truman High School. Following the ceremony, the family headed back to the car, Browne said.

An argument erupted initially between Muller’s father and parking attendants, whom he accused of stealing something from his auto, Browne said. The father noticed the property missing from the car while the family was en route to a celebratory meal Tuesday afternoon on City Island, a fishing hamlet on the northern tip of the Bronx.

Angry over the missing property, Andre Muller turned the car around and headed back to the parking lot, Browne said. The fight broke out and Isayah Muller was stabbed in the chest, though it’s not clear by whom. The father and son ran to the family car where his mother and girlfriend were waiting and they drove him to the clinic. Muller was later transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly before 6 p.m., Browne said.

It’s not clear how many attendants were involved in the incident, or who delivered the fatal blow. There was no answer at the garage early Wednesday.

Muller was headed to Nassau Community College in Garden City, Long Island, in the fall, according to his Facebook page. His Facebook profile showed him to be a popular guy who was hardworking and enjoyed sports.

He was a star running back. He rushed for 285 yards during the high school championship game in November, winning 23-20 over the top-seeded Beach Channel. His performance was the talk of newspapers and television alike. He was revered by his teammates.

Friday evening to protest the acquittal of New York City police officers Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata.

The protest was organized by a coalition of women’s rights groups, including Permanent Wave and Feministing. The purpose of the demonstration, as stated on the Facebook page for the event, was to urge the New York Police Department to implement comprehensive sexual assault training for new officers, along with other preventative measures that will ensure similar incidents do not happen in the future.

The organizers are giving Police Commissioner Ray Kelly one week to respond to their demands.

“The NYPD are supposed to be stewards of safety, stewards of the law,” Michelle Crentsil, a union leader who helped plan the protest, told HuffPost. “It’s not just about this case, it’s about the entire idea of rape and sexual assault not being taken seriously.”

Lori Adelman, of the women’s rights group Permanent Wave, said she posted the event on Facebook the day before. Within 24 hours, the page had over 1,500 attendees.

Moreno, 43 years old, and Mata, 29, were called to help a drunken woman climb out of a taxi in 2008. The woman testified that she awoke to being raped by Moreno. Officer Mata was said to have stood guard during the incident.
