Playboy took a shot at recreating this masterpiece as they get set to rank the top 23 Air Jordans ever. And while it can be difficult to replace the brilliant acting of Spike Lee and the incredible skills of Michael Jordan, Playboy was able to find a more than adequate replacement in the lovely Francesca Frigo.
I know most of us may be skeptical at times when it comes to remakes and sequels, but I don’t expect to hear many complaints in this case. After all, wouldn’t you like to hear this busty babe attempt to answer the question, “What makes Playmates the sexiest girls in the universe?”

During Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, San Jose Sharks agitator Ben Eager(notes) went to the penalty box with 2:33 left in the third period, on a night that saw him earn 20 penalty minutes for acting like a boob.
The Green Men couldn’t make it out to Rogers Arena last night for Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals between the San Jose Sharks and the Vancouver Canucks, but who really needs them when you have sexy fans in hockey jerseys flashing their funbags at the opposing team’s players in the penalty box?
Think about it for a second. What is more distracting to a player? A couple of men in green spandex suits holding up signs and goofing around, or a chick with a lovely rack pressing those breasts up against the glass so you can ogle them?
That isn’t a very hard question to answer. The Sharks’ Ben Eager knows what we are talking about.
…And by the way, Canucks win! 7-3!
P.S. If you want to see the video without the breasts blurred out, it isn’t rocket science. Search “Eager” on YouTube and then sort the results by upload date. I did it, and if you like breasts you will want to do the same. Trust me.
Chinese college student identified only as Miss Li leaned out from a seventh-story apartment window in China’s Jilin province after her fiancé wed another woman, MSNBC is reporting. Miss Li, 22, had threatened to take her life after her boyfriend of four years broke up with her just before the big day, but she was grabbed by waiting rescuers before she could jump from the ledge, which reportedly stands 80 feet above the ground.
Local community officer Guo Zhongfan, who assisted in the rescue, was modest about his efforts. “I did what anyone would have done,” he told Reuters. Though she did not sustain any injuries in the incident, Miss Li was taken to a hospital.
In the message, he praises the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt and speaks of a “rare historic opportunity” for Muslims to rise up.
The 12-minute audio message appeared on a video posted on Islamist websites, and has been translated by the US monitoring group SITE intelligence.
Bin Laden was shot dead by US Navy Seals at a Pakistan compound on 2 May.
Speculation is mounting that al-Qaeda has appointed a former Egyptian army colonel, Saif al-Adel, as temporary leader to replace Bin Laden.
Adel was once Bin Laden’s security chief, and is suspected of involvement in the 1998 US embassy bombings in East Africa, training the Somali fighters who killed 18 US servicemen in Mogadishu in 1993, and instructing some of the 11 September 2001 hijackers.
He fled to Iran from Afghanistan after the US-led invasion in 2003, and was reportedly held under house arrest near Tehran. Reports at the end of last year said he may have been released and made his way to northern Pakistan.
Some Western analysts have expressed scepticism over reports of his appointment. Bin Laden’s long-time deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri, also Egyptian, is thought to be the front-runner for the role.
Derrick Rose wasn’t up to his usual high standard of play in the first half of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals. He scored just two points in the opening quarter and nine points by intermission on 4-of-11 shooting.
And although he ended up leading the Bulls in scoring, Rose couldn’t lead Chicago to a 2-0 lead in the series, as the Heat pulled out an 85-75 victory at United Center on Wednesday night. Rose was off target and so were the Bulls, who shot just 34.1 percent.
“We’re never worried about missed shots,” Bulls forward Luol Deng said. “You’re going to have nights where you miss shots. We did a good job of fighting back, but they won the fight [Wednesday night].”
With Mike Bibby doing the majority of the work in guarding Rose, and getting help from Joel Anthony, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and a host of others with double-teams, the Bulls star didn’t seem to be as sharp.
Not even the third quarter started well for the NBA’s MVP. Rose missed five consecutive shots after he started the period with a 19-foot jumper to tie the game at 48-48. But with the Bulls down 67-56 late in the third, Rose started a 9-2 run on a jump shot with 3:13 left.
Rose added a pair of free throws and another basket to pull Chicago within five at 69-64. He finished with 10 points in the third and once again took over the team-high in scoring entering the final quarter.
In the fourth quarter of Game 2, Rose continued to help pull the Bulls back into a game that they appeared to lose grip of. He nailed two free throws and then fed Taj Gibson for a layup to tie it at 73-73 with just over seven minutes remaining.
But Rose, whose heroics have lifted Chicago to victory after victory this season, ran out of opportunities down the stretch. He missed a late three-point attempt, had another shot deflected after being hounded by James and fell short on a layup attempt.
Rose finished with a team-high 21 points and eight assists. But he went 0 for 4 from the field in the fourth quarter and was just 7 for 23 for the game. It wasn’t Rose’s best performance, and a win was something that wasn’t meant to be this night for Chicago, as the Heat tied the series 1-1.
The day also known as Armageddon, the Apocalypse or Doomsday if you prefer. There are also more than one theory on how the world or Earth first came about, it all depends on what your beliefs are.
A lot of people tend to the mark year 2012 as being a significant one when it comes to the end of all time. This comes from an ancient Mayan cult’s theory that the date 21st December 2012 marks the end of a 5, 125 year cycle, a date which they believe something cataclysmic will happen.
You may even have seen the film 2012 in which the Earths plate become unstable causing a global flood and mass destruction. Funnily enough there is little evidence to suggest a catastrophe of such levels and also little is said about how the world will end.
Fifty years later, however, televangelists, network television programs, movies and books like the “Left Behind” series — which has sold more than 60 million copies — have succeeded in placing the return of Jesus Christ in the public consciousness.
A 2004 Newsweek poll revealed that 55 percent of Americans believe in the Rapture, the snatching away of all Christians prior to the end of the world and the return of Jesus Christ.
As a pastor who preaches often about Bible prophecy, I am grateful for the general awareness people have of the promised return of Jesus Christ.
But our culture’s newfound interest in the end times has a downside. Bible prophecy inherently attracts fanatics. As a seminary professor of mine used to say to our class, “Remember, wherever there is light, there are bugs!”
One of those fanatics is Harold Camping, the founder of the Christian broadcasting ministry Family Radio in Oakland, California. Camping has predicted that the Rapture will occur at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, followed by the end of the world five months later on October 21, 2011.
